Questions

What does this page track?

How Kalshi’s projection for each player has changed: since yesterday (24h) or since his markets opened (Since open). The biggest moves come first, then everyone else by projection. Up, Down and New filter the list.

What does Who absorbs the role show?

Teams where one player’s projection dropped clearly, by at least 15% and twice the normal move, while teammates rose. Each row shows his projection and his share of the team’s total, before and after. Shares appear only when the same teammates were priced both times.

How is a projection worked out?

Kalshi prices every step of a player’s stat: 1+ rebound, 2+, 3+ and up. Each price is the market’s chance he gets there, and those chances add up to the average the market expects. Example: 99¢, 96¢, 90¢, 80¢, 66¢, 50¢, 35¢, 22¢, 12¢ and 6¢ for 1+ through 10+ add up to 5.6 rebounds. Points steps are 5 apart (10+, 15+, 20+), so there each price counts for 5 points.

What does New mean?

His Kalshi markets opened today, so there’s nothing to compare with yet. Switch to Since open once they have traded for a while.

What do O, D and Q mean?

His status on the GOS injury list: out, doubtful, questionable. Tap the player for the injury. NBA statuses change through the day; check the official report before trading on one.

Why isn’t every game listed?

Kalshi lists each night’s player props the evening before, so tonight’s games are usually all here by morning. A game with no props yet doesn’t show.

Prices: Kalshi and Polymarket player props. Projections and shares are Game of Skill’s math on Kalshi’s prices. Injury tags: GOS injury list.
