Common Questions

What is EPL WIRE?

A live feed of the Premier League prediction markets. It shows today’s matches with a home, draw and away price chart for each one and logs every meaningful move on Polymarket: pre-match moves, the favorite changing, swings during the match and final results.

Which matches does it cover?

Every Premier League match Polymarket lists for today, or for the next matchday when there is none today, with the rest of the next four days under the log. Futures rows near the top of the log show the biggest 24-hour moves on the title, relegation, top four and Golden Boot boards. Prices only for now: there is no Game of Skill number on EPL matches yet.

How often does it update?

Prices are read every minute. A row posts when a team’s price to win moves 3¢ before kickoff, the favorite changes, a match is 90 minutes from kickoff, team sheets come out, any outcome moves 2¢ or more between the lineups and kickoff, the match starts, a team crosses 75¢ during the match, any outcome jumps 15¢ or more inside 10 minutes (usually a goal or a red card), or a result comes in.

What does a price in cents mean?

It is the market’s chance. A contract at 55¢ pays $1 if that outcome happens, so the market has it at about 55 percent. Home, draw and away add up to about 100¢, which is why a soccer favorite often trades under 50¢.

Does Game of Skill have its own number for EPL matches?

Not yet. We will add our number once it has been tested against last season’s results, and we will say so on this page when it happens.

What are the three lines on the chart?

Mint is the home team to win, blue is the away team to win, and the dashed grey line is the draw. The labels on the right are the latest prices, XI marks when team sheets came out and KO marks kickoff.

What is lineup watch?

Premier League team sheets come out about an hour before kickoff. WIRE posts a Lineups out row when they drop, marks the moment on the chart, and posts a Since lineups row when any outcome moves 2¢ or more between the drop and kickoff. A rested striker or a backup keeper usually shows up here first. Who takes the penalties and corners for each club is on EPL SET PIECES.

Where do the prices come from?

Polymarket’s public market data. Each match in the More EPL matches list links to its Polymarket page. Kalshi and Polymarket side by side are on EPL MARKET. Nothing here is a recommendation.
