Are these numbers final?
No. They update right up until each game starts. The model sets the baseline and a human reviews every slate before publish. Figures move as lineups confirm, news breaks, and prices shift. Check back close to game time.
What is CARNAGE?
CARNAGE is the Game of Skill CS2 player rating, scored out of 100 for the current slate. It combines each player's rating with the matchup win probability, scaled to this slate. A star on a coinflip team can rate higher than a role player on a heavy favorite. Built for DFS and prediction market research.
What does Market WP mean on each game card?
The Market Win Probability on each game card is the prediction market price for the favorite at publish. A team at 65% means the market implies a 65% chance they win the game. This is the market's read, not the GOS model. For GOS fair value vs market prices, see the MARKET scorecard.
What is Top Frag %?
Top Frag % is the share of 10,000 simulations in which a player leads their own game in kills. Each player's simulated output is built from their projected kill rate and the matchup win probability, and within each game the ten players' percentages add up to 100. Mint is the top of the slate, red is the bottom.
Why does a lower CARNAGE player sometimes have a higher Top Frag %?
CARNAGE rates the player. Top Frag % is the chance that player leads their own game in kills, within the ten-player pool. They measure different things. A lower-rated player can lead their game more often when the matchup boosts their projected kills, and a higher-rated player can lead less often when it cuts them.
What do the IGL, AWP, and Rifle tags mean?
Each player carries a role tag. IGL is the in-game leader who calls the team's strategy, AWP is the team's primary sniper, and Rifle covers the rifle roles. Use the role filter above the table to show one role at a time. For every team's full starting five by role, see the lineups page.
How do I use these scores?
Sort the table by either column. CARNAGE ranks every player on the slate. Top Frag % shows the chance of leading their game in kills. How often does CARNAGE update?
Scores publish once the slate is set and refresh when news drops, like a roster swap or a stand-in confirmation. Win probabilities are approximate and subject to change. Check live prediction market prices before entering a position.
