How to Read RANGE

Kill ranges color each player by projected slate output. Mint at the top fades through yellow to red at the bottom, same gradient as CARNAGE. Series bars below show all four BO3 outcomes from favorite sweep (left, mint) to underdog sweep (right, white). The two middle segments add up to the over 2.5 maps probability, tradeable on Kalshi.

• Distributions are model outputs. Real outcomes will vary. Always check live prices on Kalshi before entering a position.

What is RANGE?

RANGE shows the distribution behind every game on the slate. Each game gets the four BO3 outcome probabilities, and every player gets a kill range chip. Built for Kalshi maps O/U and DFS prop shopping.

How do I read the kill ranges?

Each player gets a chip colored by projected output. Mint at the top of the slate fades through yellow to red at the bottom. Red chips are usually IGLs and support players who frag less by design, not weaker players overall. Read the gradient before placing picks on Kalshi, Sleeper, Underdog, or Betr Picks.

How do I read the series outcome bars?

Each bar shows the probability of all four BO3 outcomes: favorite 2-0, favorite 2-1, underdog 2-1, underdog 2-0. The two left segments add up to the favorite's series win probability. The two middle segments add up to the over 2.5 maps probability, tradeable on Kalshi.

How does RANGE connect to MARKET and CARNAGE?

CARNAGE rates players. MARKET prices games. RANGE shows the distribution behind both. Same projection model powers all three.

Are these tradeable on Kalshi?

Yes. Kalshi offers CS2 series winner contracts and total maps over/under markets. The distributions on RANGE map directly to those markets. Check live Kalshi prices before trading.

How is the color assigned?

Color comes from the same projection model that powers CARNAGE and MARKET. The model accounts for player rating, role, opponent strength, and recent form. Each player's projected output gets a position on the mint-through-red gradient, recomputed for every slate.

Game of Skill publishes RANGE distributions before every major CS2 slate. Series outcome probabilities for every BO3 and kill ranges for every player on the slate.
