Who we are

Game of Skill runs gameofskill.gg, including WIRE, CARNAGE, MARKET, RANGE, PROPS, LINEUPS and the articles on the site. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions go to gameofskillgg@gmail.com.

Using the site

You must be 18 or older to use the site. Some states and apps set a higher age, 19 or 21, for prediction markets or pick’em; follow the rule that applies where you live. The apps and markets we write about are not available everywhere.

Information, not advice

Our ratings, fair values, series shapes and previews are estimates. They are often wrong. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or gambling advice, or a recommendation to make any trade or entry. We do not take trades, accept wagers or hold money for anyone. Every decision you make, and its result, is yours.

Our content and data

The site, its ratings, prices as we present them, analysis, design and code belong to Game of Skill. You may view and use them for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Without our written permission you may not:

• copy, republish, resell or redistribute our ratings, numbers or analysis
• scrape, crawl or collect data from the site with bots or scripts
• use any part of the site to train or feed AI models
• frame the site, or copy or reverse engineer its tools

Affiliate links and codes

Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you sign up with an app through them, or with code SKILL, we may earn a commission. It does not change our numbers or what we publish. Each app has its own terms, eligibility rules and bonuses, which it sets and can change; please read them before you sign up.

Prices and third-party data

Prices come from public market data, mainly Polymarket and Kalshi. They can be delayed, missing or wrong, and markets can move between updates. Always check the live price on the app itself before you act.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss from using the site or acting on anything on it, including trading or entry losses.

Counter-Strike and CS2 are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Team, event and app names belong to their owners. Game of Skill is independent and is not endorsed by Valve, tournament organizers or teams. Some of the apps we cover are affiliate partners, as explained under Affiliate links and codes.
