What are NBA props and futures?
Markets that settle later than a single game: the NBA champion, the conference winners, playoff spots, awards like Rookie of the Year, the NBA Cup and the draft lottery, and player questions like next team, trades and retirements. Each outcome is a yes or no contract.
How do the prices work?
A Yes share pays $1 if the outcome happens and nothing if it does not, so a price in cents reads as a chance in percent: 25¢ means about 25%. On a board like the champion market each team is its own contract, so the prices do not have to add up to 100.
How often do these update?
Every five minutes while the page is open. New markets appear as soon as Polymarket lists them, and settled markets drop off on their own. The small number next to a price is its move over the last 24 hours.
Where do I trade these?
