What is WIRE?
A live feed of the CS2 prediction markets: every meaningful price move on Polymarket and Kalshi, plus the tournament board, roster news and short explainers.
Which markets does WIRE cover?
Every game on the current slate, tournament winner markets on Polymarket and Kalshi, roster markets and event props. Season-long markets are on FUTURES.
How often does it update?
Prices are read every minute. A row posts when a price moves 3¢, crosses 25¢, 50¢ or 75¢, the favorite changes, a game is 90 minutes out, or a result comes in.
What does a price in cents mean?
The market’s chance. A team at 51¢ has about a 51% chance to win, and each share pays $1 if they do. Our fair values are percentages too, so the two compare directly.

Our estimate of each team’s chance, built from the player ratings on CARNAGE. When it differs from the price, that gap is worth a look. It’s an estimate, not a promise.
What happens once a game starts?
The price keeps updating and the tab shows LIVE with the map score (from Polymarket’s map markets, which can settle shortly after a map ends). After each map, WIRE posts our updated number if it’s 6+ points from the price. The tab shows FINAL when it’s over.
Where do the prices and numbers come from?
Game prices from Polymarket; tournament prices from Polymarket and Kalshi (if a Kalshi read fails, the last saved price shows with its time). Fair values come from our model; player ratings are on CARNAGE, rosters on LINEUPS. Nothing here is a recommendation.
